The story
Where we Come From
- Excellence Consultancy Services started 15+ years ago as a small IT consultancy in Ahmedabad. We watched the same thing happen again and again: Businesses bought Software, Teams Abandoned it, and everything went back to Excel and WhatsApp within a Month. So we Stopped Selling Software and Started Solving Adoption
- Today we build and run two Products of our Own — TargetCRM and EngiFlow360 — and implement them with a Delivery Model Designed around one Question: will this Team still be using this System Six Months after Go-Live? 100+ Clients across Machinery, Manufacturing, Pharma, Fintech, Consulting, and B2B Services say Yes.
